Amethyst Networks
Privacy Policy

Amethyst Networks respects the security and privacy of our customers, and we are committed to protecting the information that you do share with us. We find the infringement upon our privacy on the Internet just as harmful and inconvenient as any other privacy violation. With all of the phishing schemes and fraud running rampant on the Internet you can never be too careful. This policy outlines how we collect and use your personal information.

At this time we do not sell, share, or disclose any information collected through any forms of communication to any third party organizations or companies. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy statement. If we should decide to modify this policy and sell, share, or disclose any information we collect, you will be provided advanced notice and opportunity to 'opt-out' of any such disclosure. To put your minds at rest, this will more than likely NEVER happen.

We may collect the following information about you for the purposes of improving the content of our website, providing user specific data, response to inquiries, billing, and service delivery :

With respect to cookies :

We use cookies to store your preferences, record session information (such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart), record user-specific information on what pages you may access or visit, or customize web site content based on your browser type. We do not use cookies to irritate you constantly with pop-up windows or otherwise inconvenience your Internet experience. (In other words, 'You'll never know we were here...') ;-)

With respect to banners, ads, and third party services :

While we partner with some third party organizations and companies, the only place you'd see this would be our partners page or perhaps during sign-up for a service we offer through one of our partners. Frankly I am sure that we find pop-up ads, banners that take hours to load, software that tries to install itself when you visit a website, and 'Our Partner's' spam e-mail announcements just as irritating and bothersome as you do.

Upon request we will provide a copy of the information that we have on file about you.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns related to this Privacy Policy, feel free to Contact Us.
